For more information, please visit www.resilience.comPosition Summary Maintenance Technician IV, MSAT, hasresponsibility to support the introduction of new processes,equipment, and products (technology transfers) to ensure a smoothtransition into the production environment. This position supportstechnology transfers and introduction of new equipment to the siteand acts as a liaison with production. Provides support duringimplementation of new products, processes, and equipment to ensurea smooth transition into the production environment includingdocumentation and technical support. This role is a project basedrole initially (M-F, 40 hours a week) for 6-12 months. Upon projectcompletion, this role will move to 2-2-3 schedule (12 hours perday). Responsibilities

• Assist with development and execution ofdevelopment studies in support of new equipment, products, andprocesses.
• Develop and create / update production procedures forsetup, changeover, and maintenance of new equipment or processes toensure optimal operation of equipment.
• Perform training forMaintenance Technicians and Production Operators
• Assist withdevelopment and implementation of long-term continuous improvementprojects in manufacturing operations.
• Use a variety of testing,tools, and measuring equipment in the efficient troubleshooting ofelectronic, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical equipment.
• Perform work requirements in a responsible manner, in accordancewith SOPs, cGMPs and established safety procedures in accordancewith OSHA requirements and company SHE guidelines.
• Contribute tothe development of site culture by exercising creativity in dealingwith new problems encountered within an evolving organization.
• Take an active role in finding solutions for issues andimprovements of the facility as a whole
• Work with minimalsupervision under the direction of the MS&T Technical Lead.
• Maintain classified area gowning certifications as required tosupport assigned tasks.
• Perform other similar and relatedresponsibilities as assigned by area management; some overtime maybe required with prior notice to support business needs. MinimumQualifications
• Extensive experience in a cGMP environment, eitherin production or development, with direct responsibility forequipment or process performance.
• Must have the ability toeffectively understand, read, write, communicate, and followinstructions in the English language.
• Ability to lift and handleequipment change parts, tooling, and materials associated withequipment maintenance and setup.
• Willingness and ability tomaintain aseptic gowning certification as established by companyprocedures. Preferred Qualifications
• High school graduate,vocational school graduate, or equivalent
• Associate inengineering or a related discipline or equivalent mechanical tradeschool graduate preferred
• Previous experience with automatedequipment, including experience with programmable logiccontrollers.
• Training in other technical disciplines includingvacuum technology, mechanics, hydraulics, and electronics, andtesting equipment in electrical and/or mechanical troubleshooting.
• Experience with OEE, TPM, LEAN or other continuous Improvementsystems The items described here are representative of those thatmust be met successfully to perform the essential functions of thisjob.

Our target base pay hiring range forthis position is $28.50 – $46.50 per hour.
