High school diploma . It is preferred to have certifications that are applicable to building maintenance, but not required

At least two years’ experience in building maintenance or construction

JOB DUTIES

Principal Tasks:

1. Complete work orders in a timely fashion 2. Respond to emergency calls after hours 3. Use all tools by the safety guidelines given by the manufacture 4. Understand what is an emergency, urgency and routine maintenance in order to respond appropriately to calls 5. After the use of company tools put them in the proper storage area 6. Landscaping 7. Snow removal 8. Communicate and work with outside contractors 9. Accept work assignments without hassle or difficulty 10. Respond to lock outs during business hours 11. Report to work on time, only take the approved breaks, and report to your supervisor when finished for the day 12. Other duties as assigned

Please Note:

This is a part time 30 hour a week position (Monday through Thursday), which will include a 4 week on-call rotation for after hours emergency maintenance needs.
