Rental Property Maintenance Technician

West Chester, PA Job Description:

Maintain a clean work environment by picking up trash, excess building materials, or other potentially hazardous products. Set up and break down necessary tools and equipment at the beginning and end of each day Provide assistance to onsite employees Transport materials and equipment from one location to another Other manual labor tasks as required by the foreman or supervisor Regular usage of hand and power tools while working Must wear PPE while performing work. Construction site clean up

Ideal Candidate:

Experience in plumbing and/or HVAC or similar background a plus Experience using hand and power tools. Good communication and listening skills. Ability to work as a part of a team. Standing for extended periods of time Carrying, climbing, pulling, standing, bending Additional certifications or apprenticeship is a plus

Qualifications:

Must be 18 years old or older. Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license. Must have and maintain reliable transportation. Experience driving a truck is a plus. Emphasis on use of technology for work orders and communication Must be willing to use personal device for communication and mobile app required for the position.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to lift a minimum of 75 pounds

$20.00 – $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week
