Machine Maintenance Technician CFD Bloomsburg, PA 17815 Overview We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Machine Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting various types of machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, with experience in hydraulics, electrical systems, and industrial machinery. Your expertise will contribute to our commitment to quality and safety in our operations. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance on machinery and equipment to prevent breakdowns. Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues using tools such as voltmeters and ammeters. Conduct repairs on hydraulic systems and components. Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking maintenance activities. Collaborate with field service teams to address equipment malfunctions on-site. Implement safety protocols while working with high voltage systems. Assist in the installation of new machinery and upgrades to existing equipment. Maintain accurate records of maintenance work performed. Requirements Proven experience as a Machine Technician or similar role in an industrial setting. Proficiency in stick welding and understanding of logic controllers. Familiarity with hydraulics and the ability to troubleshoot hydraulic systems. Experience working as an industrial electrician is a plus. Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints effectively. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
