Industrial Maintenance Job Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot and repair CNC machines, automated gauges, and robotic systems Perform preventative maintenance and cleaning on production equipment Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems Conduct general facility and equipment repairs as needed Assist with welding, fabrication, and machining tasks to maintain or improve equipment Support plant-wide continuous improvement initiatives and 5S strategies Participate in problem-solving events and process improvement projects Use proper Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures to ensure safe maintenance practices Safely operate forklifts, ladders, and personnel lifting equipment Follow all safety regulations, including OSHA, company policies, and use of PPE Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas Demonstrate knowledge of lifting, rigging, and equipment handling Engage in ongoing professional development as required

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required 3+ years of experience maintaining automated manufacturing equipment Strong understanding of pneumatic, hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems Familiarity with CNC and PLC controls preferred #
