Maintenance Technician Staffmark Group $25.00-$40.00 United States, Pennsylvania, Shippensburg Jun 13, 2025 Staffmark is hiring a Maintenance Technician for a reputable manufacturing facility in Shippensburg, PA. Pay Rate:

$25.00 – $40.00/hour (based on experience)

Shift:

1st Shift | Hours to be determined (must be flexible for overtime, weekends, and occasional shift changes)

What You’ll Be Doing:

Install, troubleshoot, and repair production equipment
Perform preventive maintenance and inspections
Diagnose and fix mechanical, electrical, and structural issues
Maintain tools and document work in CMMS
Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and lifts
Work indoors/outdoors with required PPE, including a respirator

What We’re Looking For:

3-5 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing
Electrical/mechanical troubleshooting; PLC knowledge preferred
Ability to read schematics and work with conveyors, motors, and automation
Basic welding/fabrication skills
OSHA/safety awareness and valid driver’s license
Comfortable with heights, dust, and lifting up to 50 lbs
High school diploma or GED required
