Reference #: 1915241Staffmark is hiring a Maintenance Technician for a reputable manufacturing facility in Shippensburg, PA. This is an exciting opportunity to bring your mechanical and electrical expertise to a dynamic team dedicated to safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
Pay Rate:
$25.00 – $40.00/hour (based on experience)
Shift:
1st Shift | Hours to be determined (must be flexible for overtime, weekends, and occasional shift changes)
What You’ll Be Doing:
Install, troubleshoot, and repair production equipmentPerform preventive maintenance and inspectionsDiagnose and fix mechanical, electrical, and structural issuesMaintain tools and document work in CMMSOperate forklifts, pallet jacks, and liftsWork indoors/outdoors with required PPE, including a respirator
What We’re Looking For:
3-5 years of maintenance experience in manufacturingElectrical/mechanical troubleshooting; PLC knowledge preferredAbility to read schematics and work with conveyors, motors, and automationBasic welding/fabrication skillsOSHA/safety awareness and valid driver’s licenseComfortable with heights, dust, and lifting up to 50 lbsHigh school diploma or GED required
