Maintenance Technician Wildman Arms Condominiums 80 West Baltimore Avenue, Lansdowne, PA 19050 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background and be proficient in troubleshooting and repairing various systems. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and equipment, contributing to a safe and efficient working environment. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and facilities. Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues using schematics and diagnostic tools. Utilize an Ohmmeter for electrical testing and repairs. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). Fabricate parts as needed to ensure equipment functionality. Work with logic controllers to diagnose and resolve control system issues. Conduct residential painting tasks as required to maintain facility aesthetics. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of maintenance projects. Skills Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read and interpret schematics. Proficiency in using an Ohmmeter for electrical diagnostics. Familiarity with CMMS for tracking maintenance tasks. Experience working with logic controllers for troubleshooting purposes. Ability to fabricate components as necessary for repairs or improvements. Solid understanding of electrical systems and components. Basic skills in residential painting techniques. Proficient in English, both written and verbal, for effective communication within the team.
