un ⚐ ⚑ ⚑ Maintenance Technician wanted to join our team! (Lansdowne) Wildman Arms Condominiums 80 West Baltimore Ave near Lansdowne Ave compensation: salary will be commensurate with experience employment type: experience level: mid level job title: Maintenance Technician Responsibilities including but not limited to:
- Basic repairs to buildings, as needed
- Handling basic plumbing or electrical issues in common areas
- Landscaping work
- Painting common areas, when needed
- Snow removal of sidewalks and steps
- Miscellaneous tasks as they arise
- Must be able to be “on-call” to take emergency maintenance calls – outside of normal working hours, as scheduled.
Qualifications:
- Maintenance Technician with experience in apartment/condominium complexes
- Ability to interact with outside vendors for major repairs
- Working knowledge of basic plumbing and electrical systems
- Deadline and detail-oriented Principals only.
