The ideal candidate will possess a background in facilities maintenance and mechanical knowledge, with the ability to troubleshoot and repair various electrical/pipe systems. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities by performing routine maintenance, repairs, and enhancements. Responsibilities Perform regular maintenance and repairs on equipment and systems throughout the facility. Visually inspect and test machinery and equipment. Dismantle defective machines and equipment and install new or repaired parts. Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems. Clean and lubricate shafts, bearings, gears, and other parts. Installs and repairs electrical apparatus, such as transformers and wiring, and electrical and electric components of machinery and equipment. Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of maintenance projects. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols. Requirements Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate various tools and equipment. Understanding of electrical systems, including logic controllers. Ability to read and interpret schematics effectively. Experience in set-up a plus, but not necessary. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
