Maintenance Technician (DIRECT HIRE) – Flexible Schedule – Sign-On Bonus Position Available In Erie, Pennsylvania

Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team. This is a Direct Hire opportunity. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the maintenance department supporting operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and a commitment to safety which will align successfully in the organization.

• Night Shift
• Flexible schedule
• 7pm-7am rotating days or 8 hour shift M-F
• What’s the Job?
• + Install, maintain, and repair equipment, machinery, and utility systems regularly or in emergency situations.

+ Safely operate forklifts and scissor lifts to update and maintain fixtures and machines. + Perform preventative and predictive maintenance activities on building systems and equipment. + Diagnose problems by troubleshooting machine operations and collaborating with the Maintenance Manager. + Repair and maintain the physical structure of the establishment as needed.

• What’s Needed?
• + High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary technical training preferred. + Three to five years of machine maintenance experience. + Extensive knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems in machinery and facilities. + Basic English comprehension (verbal and written) for effective communication. + Willingness to work on any of the three shifts, as required.
