We’re hiring a Maintenance Technician to join our growing team in a clean, climate-controlled facility. If you have experience with Arburg machines , even better! What You’ll Do:

• Perform routine, preventive, and emergency maintenance on injection molding machinery and facility equipment
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems , including diagnosing unusual machine behavior
• Maintain and repair equipment such as motors, transformers, valves, gauges, and automated systems
• Operate hand tools, forklifts, and scissor lifts to safely complete maintenance tasks
• Read and interpret blueprints and equipment manuals to perform accurate installations and repairs
• Support a clean and safe work environment in accordance with ISO 9001 and ISO 7 cleanroom standards

What We’re Looking For:

• 3-5 years of experience in industrial equipment maintenance
• Arburg injection molding machine experience (strongly preferred)
• Knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical systems, automation, and facility utilities
• Ability to troubleshoot independently and work efficiently on night shifts
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to safety
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training a plus
• Willingness to work flexible night schedules (12-hour or 8-hour shifts) and occasional overtime
