Job Description
NDC Asset Management is currently in need of three ( 1) Maintenance Technicians. Below please see the job summary The perfect candidate must have Plumbing, electrical, HVAC, Grasscutting, Snow removal, Getting Vacant units ready to rent. Paining, Cleaning the building must be available to be on call. Must also have travel to other sites. 1 Month experience Work shift will be 7AM

This involves ensuring a safe, and comfortable living envirnnr rent for residents, visitors and staff. All duties will be carried out in a safe main 1er In the absence of the Maintenance Super, the Maintenance Technician will c:1sst1me all maintenance responsibilities. Basic Functions Repair and maintain all phases of general building maintenance. Responsible for maintaining and operating all mechanical equipment Responsible for the physical maintenance and the general repair of the??

:exterior and interior of the buildings, systems, and fixtures within the apartment ooinpl, ??x including, but not limited to: heating, A/C, general carpentry, electrical systems, ‘windows repairs, flooring repairs, and repairs to walls and doors. Repair minor electrical problems (i.e. change out switches, receptacle,, fi du res, etc.) Work with high voltage 110-220 volts. Provide minor carpentry and sheet rock repairs (i.e. remove/replace d )Or frames, patch holes in sheet rock/drywall, repair sub floors, repair cabinets etc.) Repair minor plumbing problems (i.e. operate sewer machines, sweat co< ,per Lines, maintain boiler logs, and unclog drains). Troubleshoot, diagnose and correct minor appliance failures (i.e. charge Jur or repair dishwater motors, garbage disposals, ice makers, stove elements) Assist in monitoring inventory of maintenance and cleaning supplies., 1':1cil tating accurate replacement orders. Perform necessary repairs and preventive maintenance on rental unit; ai: they become vacant, maintains adequate supply of rental units ready for occupancies, an j lease presentations, may assist as required and assigned in painting of units for rent, office clubhouse, laundry rooms, common areas, and occupied units.

Continuously inspects the property for safety hazards that pose a liability Jr potential liability and corrects same immediately, advising supervisor of necessary :1ry action. Shares on-call duty with Maintenance Super and is available at all time :! vi :1 pager, or cell phone unless previous arrangements have been made. Performs reasonable duties under supervisor’s direction in completing rei ,residents work orders and requests for service. Landscape maintenance, travel to suppliers to pick up parcels and ??,u )pl ??s as directed. Incorporates both safety and customer service in performance of all jc b cl Sties. Performs other reasonable duties as assigned
EDUCATION AND OR EXPERIENCEHIGH SCHIOOL GRADUATE OR GED EQUIVALENCE . PREFER AT LEAST 6 MOTHS OF PRIOR MAINTENANCE EXPERIENCE BUT NOT REQUIRED
