• Maintenance Technician
• to perform routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections to ensure buildings, equipment, and systems remain in optimal condition. This role is essential in keeping facilities safe, functional, and compliant with industry standards.
• Primary responsibilities
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
• Conduct routine inspections of buildings, equipment, and common areas to identify and address maintenance needs
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests, work orders, and emergency repairs
• Repair doors, locks, lighting, flooring, drywall, and other building components
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, including outlets, lighting, and circuit breakers
• Maintain plumbing systems, including fixing leaks, unclogging drains, and installing fixtures
• Assist with the installation and assembly of equipment, furniture, and fixtures as needed
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs
• Collaborate with vendors and contractors when specialized repairs or services are required
• Ability to earn certifications to operate a variety of P.I.T. equipment
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification in maintenance, HVAC, electrical, or plumbing preferred
• 2+ years of experience in facility maintenance, building repair, or a related field
• Knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lift upto
• 50lbs
• and perform physically demanding tasks
• Comfortable working at heights, in tight spaces, and in various environmental conditions
• Familiarity with safety protocols and OSHA regulations.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
