Performs complex maintenance and preventive maintenance duties insupport of operations. Responsibilities /n

• Perform PreventativeMaintenance and extensive equipment repairs on

INDUSTRIAL

Machinerysuch as Large Hydraulic Presses, Induction heaters & conveyorsindependently as prescribed by written and verbal instructions /n

• Supports electricians and other maintenance staff in performingequipment repairs /n
• Provides guidance to Maintenance 1, 2, and 3employees and contractors to accomplish projects /n
• Troubleshootsand diagnoses equipment failures, recommends solutions and conductsrepairs /n
• Documents maintenance activities as required andrecords time management in data base. /n
• Adheres to establishedpolicies and procedures paying special attention to safetyregulations & notifies management of equipment malfunctions and/orpersonal injuries. /n
• Maintains work areas in a clean, orderly,and safe manner to include returning tools to designated areas /n
• Other general duties as directed /n /n Qualifications /n
• Minimum5 years proven experience working as an electromechanicalmaintenance technician at an industrial manufacturing facility. /n
• Ability to read and interpret electrical/hydraulic drawings andschematics. /n
• Advanced electrical skills with control power andcircuits from 480Vac to 24Vdc. /n
• Proven experience withtroubleshooting motor controls and VFDs. /n
• Related professionaldegree or technical training degree preferred.
