Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in electrical systems, facilities maintenance, and customer service. This role requires the ability to read and interpret schematics, supervise projects, and maintain equipment effectively. The Technician will play a crucial role in ensuring that all systems operate efficiently and safely, contributing to the overall success of our operations. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical systems and equipment. Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking work orders and inventory. Read and interpret schematics to troubleshoot and resolve issues. Supervise junior staff and assist in training new technicians. Fabricate parts as needed using welding techniques and other fabrication methods. Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly. Experience Proven experience in electrical work, facilities maintenance, or a related field. Strong understanding of schematics and technical drawings. Experience with supervising teams or projects is preferred. Proficiency in English for effective communication with team members and clients. Familiarity with CMMS software is a plus. Skills in welding and fabrication are highly desirable.
