Maintenance Description:

This position is responsible for the proper operation of the boiler(s) in the production of steam and/or hot water to maintain heat in the various campus buildings. Additionally, this position will assist other maintenance department employees as asked or assigned, including but not limited to those in electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, general maintenance, and general labor, and will assist grounds and/or paint crews, and/or HVAC crew during the summer.

Requirements:

This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 2-3 years’ experience with facilities maintenance in amercial or industrial setting. Must have basicputer skills and a valid driver’s license.
