General Maintenance A Pocono Country Place POA Coolbaugh, PA 18466 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled General Maintenance professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and functionality of our facilities through a variety of maintenance tasks. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and quality. Responsibilities Conduct residential painting and other aesthetic improvements to enhance the appearance of facilities. Perform routine maintenance tasks including repairs, inspections, and preventive measures to ensure optimal functionality of facilities, such as electrical, building repairs & maintenance, landscaping, machine operation, roadway maintenance, HVAC, and plumbing. Maintain equipment and machinery, ensuring they operate efficiently and safely. Provide excellent customer service by addressing maintenance requests promptly and professionally. Collaborate with team members to lead maintenance projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards. Skills Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to maintain various systems effectively. Experience in facilities maintenance, including troubleshooting and repair skills. Excellent command of English for effective communication with team members Customer service-oriented mindset, ensuring positive interactions with all stakeholders. Snow plowing knowledge/experience is a plus.
