General Maintenance 3.7 3.7 out of 5 stars 1120 Meetinghouse Road, Gwynedd, PA 19436 Job description Reliable handyman skilled at performing a wide range of mostly carpentry related repairs and general home repairs (interior/exterior):
- Spackle
- perform dry wall patches using appropriate ready mix joint compound for efficiency
- Ceramic floor tile repairs, precise drop ceiling tile replacement
- Installation of storm doors, installation of door closers
- Kitchen cabinet repairs/door replacement
- Repair window screens, replace broken refrigerator handles, etc..
- Rain gutter repairs
- Willing to grow and learn new skills
- On-call Rotation requirement
- Other duties as assigned We offer a comprehensive benefit plan along with paid time off accrual. Typical Hours are Monday
- Friday, 10:00AM
- 6:30PM Mandatory flu shot during flu season.
