Overview:
The Corinthian Condominium is seeking a dependable and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team and work directly under our Facilities Director. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong work ethic, general maintenance experience, and a commitment to high-quality service in a luxury residential setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance tasks including light plumbing, light electrical, drywall repair, and painting Respond promptly to work orders Assist with equipment inspections, repairs, and preventative maintenance Maintain cleanliness and order in mechanical rooms and storage areas Work collaboratively with the Facilities Director and fellow staff members Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and building standards Be available for on-call weekend to respond to building emergencies
Qualifications:
Previous experience in building maintenance or a related trade preferred Basic knowledge of mechanical systems and tools Must have your own set of basic tools Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently Reliable, punctual, and professional Must be able to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, and perform physical labor Willingness to work flexible hours and be on-call for weekend emergencies
