The Preventative Maintenance Technician is responsible for completing weekly, monthly, and annual preventative maintenance on plant equipment. This position is a full time, hourly non-exempt position reporting to the Machine Maintenance Manager.

Responsibilities :

Maintain CNC machines and other plant equipment to keep them in optimal running condition. Perform a variety of routine maintenance tasks such as greasing, fluid and filter changes, inspections, recordings, and minor adjustments. Clean plant equipment while safely working at heights and close quarters. Disassemble and reassemble machine components, with and without detailed diagrams. Keep a clean and clear work area. 1-2 years of experience maintaining mechanical equipment. High school diploma or equivalent. Basic math skills. Understanding of common hand tools. Ability to complete work from instructions and learn new information. Must be able to lift 50 pounds. Gwynedd Manufacturing is an equal opportunity employer.
