Hotel Maintenance Engineer Position Available In Northampton, Pennsylvania

Hotel Maintenance Engineer Towneplace Suites by Mariott Easton, PA 3800 Easton-Nazareth Highway, Easton, PA 18045 Maintenance Person Wanted The TownePlace Suites Easton is looking for applicants for basic maintenance work ! This position requires basic property maintenance skills with additional on property training from Chief Engineer.

• Respond to all maintenance requests by guests, employees, and supervisors
• Maintain, repair, and overhaul equipment and property. Report problems to Chief Engineer and General Manager
• Paint walls, ceilings, fixtures, building, and equipment to prevent corrosion
• Hang wall fixtures, replace light bulbs and filters, and shampoo carpets
• Make local deliveries and pick-ups
• Maintain parking lot, pool, and grounds area according to established quality standards
• Work in accordance with Chief Engineer and General Manager to set up and complete special and on-going projects and maintains a preventative maintenance program
• Conduct routine inspections of hotel and determine maintenance needs
• Maintain all sidewalks and keep them clean and clear of debris and/or snow and ice
• Responsible for recording and implementing of key control policies, practices, and procedures
• Keep current on all information pertaining to any equipment or machinery on property
