- Perform highly diversified duties to install, repair and maintain production machines and the facilities equipment.
- Must be well versed to perform mechanical skills including but not limited to, mechanical, electrical pneumatic, hydraulic systems when troubleshooting or repairing production machines.
- Other duties as assigned and stated in the full job description. Skills for YOU to succeed as a Maintenance Technician at our facility. (helpful, but not required):
- Knowledge of extrusion processing equipment.
- The ability to program/troubleshoot and maintain electron control systems (PLC, temperature control units).
- Willingness to learn. Qualifications for YOU to be successful:
- GED or High School diploma.
- Experience with hands-on equipment repair
- Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings and electrical schematics
- Dependable; maintains regular and punctual attendance.
- Detail-oriented.
- Ability to work in a team or independently.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to lift materials and product up to 55lbs.
