Henry Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19128 Overview We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities through effective maintenance and repair of equipment and systems. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Skills Solid mechanical knowledge. HVAC repair and maintenance is a plus Plumbing (installing, repairing pipes, fixtures, toilets, water heaters) Electrical work (basic wiring, lighting, circuit breakers, outlets) Appliance repair (stove, dishwashers, refrigerators, washers/dryers) Carpentry (framing, drywall, trim, minor structural work) Painting(interior/exterior touch ups and full jobs) Locksmithing (re-keying locks, replacing hardware) Duties Routine inspections(units, common areas, mechanical systems) Responding to service orders on a daily basis Identifying and addressing potential hazards Seasonal maintenance Maintaining tools and equipment Professional interaction with residents and staff

$19.00 – $23.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week
