Full Job Description Overview:

We are seeking Level 2 skilled Maintenance Technicians to join our professional team. As a Level 2 Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our properties. We encourage woman to apply to this position

Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine inspections of equipment and systems to identify any issues or malfunctions
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks on equipments and systems
• Troubleshoot and repair appliances
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical devices
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing equipment and devices
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC equipment
• Complete carpentry and flooring repairs
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from residents and staff
• Maintain accurate records in building systems software
• Collaborate with other team members to complete projects and tasks efficiently
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment

Experience:

To be successful in this role, you should have the following experience and skills:

• Previous experience in maintenance of Multi-family residential properties
• Previous experience in Troubleshooting and repairing HVAC systems
• Previous experience in plumbing repairs
• Previous experience in electrical repairs
• Previous experience in appliance repairs
• Previous experience in carpentry repairs
• Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (Yardi, Building Link, etc.)
• Strong critical thinking skills and attention to detail
