Duties Perform general maintenance and repairs in residential properties, including plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry. Fabricate and install fixtures or components as needed. Conduct facilities maintenance tasks to ensure safety and functionality. Execute residential painting projects, ensuring high-quality finishes.
