Job Description What you’ll do

• Perform daily cleaning andinspection of CNC machinery, including removing debris, checkingfluid levels, and inspecting tools.
• Conduct regular lubricationof moving parts and replacement of air and oil filters.
• Inspectbelts, chains, and other components for wear, ensuring properalignment and tension.
• Test safety features and emergency stopfunctions to maintain compliance.
• Monitor and maintain coolantand hydraulic systems, including cleaning tanks and replacingfluids.
• Document maintenance activities and report potentialissues to management.
• Perform routine inspections of buildingsystems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.) to identify issues.
• Troubleshoot and repair minor plumbing, electrical, and mechanicalproblems.
• Maintain and repair facility lighting, includingreplacing bulbs and ballasts.
• Perform carpentry tasks such asrepairing doors, locks, drywall, or flooring.
• Maintaincleanliness and safety of facility areas, including storage roomsand common spaces.
• Respond to work orders and maintenancerequests in a timely manner.
• Monitor and maintain inventory oftools, equipment, and supplies.
• Ensure compliance with safetyprotocols and building codes during all maintenance activities.

What you need to thrive in this role

• High School Diploma or GEDequivalent.
• Prior maintenance experience within anindustrial/manufacturing setting.
• Mechanical aptitude
• Preventative Maintenance
• Knowledge of scheduling and performingroutine maintenance.

• Ability to diagnose andresolve maintenance issues efficiently.
