You are responsible for a full range of duties in an interdisciplinary environment including Maintenance Technician will perform the following job duties: Establishes and maintains a positive rapport with patients/residents, family members, visitors, etc. Preform general maintenance work as needed to include< installation and repair of plumbing, electrical, heating and replacing light bulbs Promptly responds to emergency, notifying immediate supervisor as required Functions as an effective member of the team by completing and documenting assignments in a timely, accurate, and caring manner. Ensure that walls, floor coverings, doors and woodwork are properly maintained. Repair and maintain vacant rooms Effectively collaborates with other team members to create and maintain an atmosphere of warmth, personal interest, and positivity throughout the workplace. Job Requirements Skilled Nursing Facility experience required Effective communication, interpersonal skills, and organizational skills required.
