We manage properties located in Southpointe, McDonald, Mather, and Charleroi, PA, and are looking for a reliable maintenance professional to help keep our buildings in top condition. This role is based out of our Southpointe location, where you’ll report daily. However, travel to other properties may be required as maintenance needs arise.
Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance tasks including cleaning, landscaping, and general facility upkeep Coordinate or carry out repairs on units, systems, and infrastructure Maintain and troubleshoot basic electrical systems (e.g., bulbs, sockets, circuit breakers) Support the installation and maintenance of HVAC and refrigeration systems Ensure proper functioning of plumbing and heating systems Inspect fire safety and alarm systems for compliance and functionality Complete hands-on repairs when needed (e.g., fixing locks, replacing windows) Manage pest control as needed (e.g., spraying pesticides) Assist with additional skilled tasks such as painting, carpentry, and general handiwork
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent Must pass a background check Valid driver’s license (required) Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems Experience with common tools, appliances, and maintenance practices Strong problem-solving skills and hands-on repair ability Physically capable of lifting, bending, and performing manual labor Reliable, proactive, and willing to work
