Perform all preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and repairsfor all equipment and facilities. Monitor and maintain allproduction equipment. Set-up of molds while recording maintenanceactivities. Job Duties Make checks on all machines, robots andauxiliary equipment in production. Perform and record all repairsmade to equipment, Monitor and maintain daily, weekly and monthlypreventative maintenance as required on productionequipment/building maintenance. Insure all mechanical, electricaland hydraulic safeties are working properly and consistently. Keepthe shop and work area clean. Initiative to fix or report anypotential problems that may arise. QualificationsUnderstand/interpret electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic andmechanical drawings and specifications. Knowledge of electricalprincipals and theory of operation. PLC (Programmable LogicControls) troubleshooting. Work with low/high and live voltageelectrical systems per OSHA and NFPA 70 standards.
