Responsibilities:
Maintain and install building systems (electrical/mechanical equipment, pumps, motors, and pneumatic systems Maintain inventory of spare parts Interface with suppliers and OEM maintenance technician Evaluate of quality of own work Complete documentation
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent. VoTech, Trade school, maintenance apprenticeship preferred Minimum 2 years’ experience in manufacturing or building maintenance Experience with PLC systems HVAC experience a bonus Ability to work independently Ability to read schematic/wiring diagrams, familiar with mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems We offer competitive wages and an excellent benefits package.
