Maintenance Technician – Excellent Benefits Position Available In York, Pennsylvania

• This role will support the entire plant.

Individuals must be able to work independently and be self-motivated. They will provide overall Electrical/Mechanical support in facility and equipment maintenance to minimize equipment/process downtime through effective troubleshooting of problems and preventative maintenance.

• $32-36/hr

• Responsibilities:

• + Perform preventative maintenance on all equipment as necessary (Hydraulic Presses, Conveyors, Mixing machines, etc.

). + Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical problems throughout the operation to minimize downtime. + Support Robotic Control Systems. + Troubleshoot Electrical systems using required 70E PPE and safe work practices. This requires the knowledge and use of PLC’s, Digital Multimeters, Meggers, and all available Electrical testing equipment. + Assist in the implementation of capital projects. + Participate in the improvements of plant equipment to maximize productivity. + Ensure accurate completion of all necessary paperwork and/or documentation including PM forms, time log, SAP work orders, Inventory system, etc. + Safely perform all job task assigned complying with company procedures and safety policy. + Continually update personal skill set to keep up with technology advancements.

• The pay range for this position is $61609.00

• pay rates scale upward to $40+ per hour base. Shift Differentials
• $1.50/hr on 3rd shift and 2nd Shift. Additional $1.60/hr added for all hours on weekend as well!
