Troubleshoot and repair production machinery, electrical systems, and PLC-based equipment. Perform preventive maintenance and emergency repairs. Work closely with production teams to resolve issues quickly and effectively. Maintain equipment logs and help improve processes. No Degree RequiredResponsibilities Perform routine and emergency maintenance on production equipment, including sewing machines, conveyors, and automated systems, ensuring minimal downtime. Troubleshoot, repair, and program PLC-controlled machinery to optimize efficiency and meet production demands. Conduct preventive maintenance and inspections on electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical systems to ensure safe and continuous operation. Collaborate with production and engineering teams to implement process improvements and equipment upgrades. Maintain accurate maintenance logs, schematics, and documentation related to equipment performance and PLC programming changes.
