The ideal candidate will have proven experience in apartment maintenance and possess a strong background in painting, plastering, light electrical work, plumbing, snow removal, and landscaping.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine and preventative maintenance tasks in apartment units and common areas. Conduct painting and plastering work to maintain interior and exterior aesthetics. Handle light electrical and plumbing repairs and installations. Assist with snow removal during winter months to ensure safe access to the property. Perform landscaping duties to maintain the property’s exterior appearance. Ensure all maintenance activities are completed in a timely and efficient manner.

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED. Valid driver’s license. Proven experience in apartment maintenance and the specific skills listed above. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
