We have an immediate opening at our Providence/Cranston locations. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: General maintenance and facilities tasks for residential apartment buildings Completion and close out of works orders General unit “turn-over” tasks including; painting, light carpentry, plumbing & electrical, cleaning, etc. “On call” coverage on a rotating basis Unit / building and site inspections Conduct oneself in a professional manner when dealing with residents, vendors and staff Cleaning Successful candidates must have the following qualifications: Possess a valid RI driver’s license and have their own vehicle High school diploma or GED. Bilingual preferred General facilities and building construction knowledge Able to lift or carry items that weigh approximately 40 lbs. We offers competitive hourly wages depending on experience, skill level and position.
