The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of machinery and equipment, performing repairs, and conducting preventive maintenance. This role requires a strong technical background and the ability to troubleshoot various mechanical and electrical systems.

Duties :

Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues in production equipment. Repair or replace faulty components and parts. Keep maintenance logs and update repair records. Assist with machine setup and calibration as needed. Respond promptly to breakdowns to minimize downtime. Order and manage spare parts inventory. Collaborate with production staff to schedule maintenance without disrupting workflow. Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work area. Skills Proficient in industrial maintenance practices with a focus on electrical systems. Perform routine maintenance on CNC, panel cutting, and edgebanding machines. Strong knowledge of hydraulics and mechanical systems. Experience in welding and fabrication techniques is preferred. Familiarity with high voltage systems is a plus, along with low voltage troubleshooting skills. Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. Strong communication skills to work effectively within a team environment. Experience troubleshooting and maintaining Holzma Panel Saw(Beam saw), Homag Edge Bander, Biesse Edge Bander, Gannomat boring Machine and Homag Boring machine.
