Full Job Description Pay Range:

$23-$28 per hour (Based on experience and skill level)

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, Full-Time (Day Shift, no later than 5:00 PM) Are you a mechanically inclined professional with a strong background in industrial maintenance? We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Mechanic to join a fast-paced and hands-on team. This role focuses on performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and general repairs across various equipment in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine and preventive maintenance on a variety of machines and mechanical equipment. Troubleshoot mechanical issues and identify root causes with minimal guidance. Read and interpret diagrams, manuals, sketches, and engineering specifications to ensure accurate repairs. Fabricate replacement parts using standard shop tools and equipment. Perform general building maintenance tasks and support multiple departments as needed. Maintain clean and organized work areas. Collaborate effectively with production and support teams. Assemble small components as part of ongoing repair or maintenance efforts. Follow safety procedures and ensure a high standard of work quality.

Qualifications:

At least 5 years of maintenance experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting (flexibility considered for candidates with strong mechanical aptitude and relevant experience). Must be able to read and accurately use a tape measure – tape measure test will be administered. Strong mechanical skills with good manual dexterity and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and take initiative on tasks. Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and performing physical tasks such as bending, stooping, and standing for extended periods. Basic electrical knowledge preferred. Experience with industrial sewing machines or RF heat sealers is a plus, but not required.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Basic math proficiency (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
