No previous experience is required. Training will be provided. The employee will be responsible for the maintenance, cleaning, and servicing of residential swimming pools. This role requires attention to detail and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service. Duties Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of residential swimming pools. Inspect pool systems for functionality and safety, addressing any issues promptly. Maintain accurate records of service performed on each pool. Provide exceptional customer service by answering client questions and offering recommendations for pool care. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations related to pool maintenance. Collaborate with team members to enhance service efficiency and quality. Qualifications Strong problem-solving skills as a service technician to address client needs effectively. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Excellent communication skills to interact with clients professionally. A valid driver’s license and clean driving record required for travel between job sites.
