General Handyman Specialty Handyman Services Anderson, SC 29621 Specialty Handyman Services is a growing company and is adding to its team. We are seeking to hire a skilled handyman with an extensive skill set in light construction and maintenance. Carpentry, drywall, door installation, painting, flooring, light electrical and plumbing are skills needed for this position. Our company has built its reputation on dependability, high customer sensitivity, and excellent customer service. A successful applicant should be able to present a professional image to the customer. A successful candidate is hardworking, reliable, and has good communication and organizational skills. Our employees average 25 – 30 hours week over a 52 week year. Spring, Summer, and Fall hours are more typically 35-40 hours week.

Requirements:

Must possess the following: Examples of your work. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to get to job sites in Greenville, Anderson, Keowee, etc. Be able to pass a drug screen. Follow both verbal and written directions; professional and productive interaction with customers and co-workers The ability to understand and perform in multiple areas of residential construction. Framing, trim, flooring, windows and doors, drywall, light plumbing, light electrical as required. The ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and other equipment. Highly motivated toward excellent customer service. Stand for prolonged periods, climb, pull, and lift heavy objects. Physically fit with good hand-eye coordination. Minimum of three years of carpentry, plumbing, and/or electrical experience. Good communication skills. . Knowledge of basic mathematics. Specialty Handyman Services offers Competitive pay and bonus structure. Starting rate dependent on experience.
