Full time maintenance tech position for The Streams at Battery Park Apartments in Anderson, SC. CFC and CPO certification preferred. Adaptable multi-tasker with proactive mindset, ability to troubleshoot and repair, good people skills, and high commitment to customer service. Weekend on call required in rotation. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and repairs on facilities, ensuring all systems operate efficiently.
Conduct inspections and maintain compliance with EPA Refrigeration and pool operation standards.
Provide excellent customer service while addressing maintenance requests.
