Are you prod of your handyman work? Do you have high standard of work? Do you prefer consistent INCOME for your work every week? Day to day work include fix water leak (in kitchen and bath), replace defective faucets, repair doors, replace broken window panes, replace light switches, repair well pump, fix clogged toilets, fix clogged drain pipes, repair soft floors, stop roof leak and finally get vacant houses ready for next tenant. Experience in HVAC repair is an added advantage. Qualifications
- At least two years of experience in handyman work
- Experience in a multifamily repair is an advantage
- Valid driver’s license from SC
- Must have a pick up truck
- Candidates must pass background check.
