Pay:
$15.00-$20.00/hour The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.
Basic Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED equivalent 1 year related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience Valid Driver’s License Must be 18 years of age or older
Responsibilities:
Completes corrective and preventive work orders as assigned. Performs minor electrical repairs, installation and maintenance. Performs minor plumbing maintenance, repair, and installation. Clears obstructions from drain lines. Performs minor carpentry repairs and furniture assembly. Performs periodic standard and safety inspections and preventative maintenance on tools and equipment. Ability to operate motor vehicles and power tools safely and effectively Supports Special Events when necessary by moving tables, chairs, bleachers and similar activities. Provide excellent customer service. Responds to emergency situations during normal work hours and after hours. A good job for someone just entering the workforce or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education.
