Pay Rate:

$36/hr base + 8% shift premium

Position Summary:

The Maintenance Technician III will utilize a broad range of skills from multiple trades to perform repairs and preventative maintenance on machines, mechanical equipment, and facility systems. This role requires hands-on experience, strong troubleshooting capabilities, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot, repair, or replace defective equipment using hand/power tools. Perform preventative maintenance to ensure optimal operation of machinery and building systems. Inspect and maintain motors, belts, drives, fluid levels, and filters. Assemble/install electrical wiring, plumbing, and mechanical systems. Operate and test machinery to diagnose issues. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and costs. Lubricate and clean machinery parts as needed. Dismantle and reassemble equipment using hoists and appropriate tools.

Required Qualifications:

High school diploma or

GED. 5-7

years of relevant hands-on maintenance experience. Basic knowledge of tools, machinery, production processes, and engineering principles. Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills. Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
