MAU is hiring a Maintenance Technician for Quoizel Lighting in Goose Creek, SC. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing preventative maintenance, repairs, and upkeep of the facility and equipment. This is a direct-hire opportunity.

Shift Information
Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
Required Education and Experience
High School Diploma or GED.
2-5 years of experience in maintenance-related work.
General Requirements
Knowledge of safety procedures when handling chemicals, power tools, and equipment.
Ability to operate a forklift.
Basic skills in electrical, carpentry, plumbing, and painting.
Essential Functions
Receive and prioritize maintenance work orders from management and employees.
Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on buildings and grounds, including electrical, HVAC systems, and general upkeep.
Conduct facility maintenance activities such as cleaning, operating machinery, and organizing supplies.
Make basic repairs and coordinate specialists for complex issues.
Perform maintenance and repairs on material pallet racking as needed.
Ensure all facility equipment is in safe working order.
Maintain an inventory of tools, supplies, and equipment.
Complete assigned tasks safely and with minimal supervision.
Physical Demands
Sitting, standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs., pulling, pushing, carrying, grasping, reaching, stooping, crouching, and crawling.
