We are creating this new in-house position to allow us to provide better service to our property owners.

Candidate will be expected to:

Perform repairs falling under the handyman umbrella as maintenance calls come in Perform repairs on vacant units in between tenants Discuss recommendtions and findings with property owners as requested Provide scheduling input to Maintenance Coordinator Perform property inspections Utilize the mobile app to keep status updates current and input all information and pictures for work orders as work is completed Provide transporation with a mileage allowance paid Candidate will have in integral role and input in developing best practices as we develope our in-house maintenance department. Our intent is to grow this new department with a team of technicians handling a variety of repairs for our owners. This position comes with a huge opportunity for growth into a supervisory role as additional maintenance techs can be brought on board. This position will put the technician mostly out in the field visiting properties in the area. The employee’s home base can be located in either our Mount Pleasant or Goose Creek office depending on employees preference. This position allows for a good work-life balance with a goal of keeping after hours calls to a minumum.
