You’ll make sure our facilities are operating efficiently, regularly inspect our building for any damage, and conduct routine maintenance on our equipment to keep it running smoothly. Compensation:

$14 – $16 hourly

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute preventative maintenance measures to keep our equipment operating efficiently and prevent any safety risks Handle additional maintenance tasks as needed Ensure all equipment and systems such as HVAC units, plumbing fixtures, and electrical wiring are in working order by conducting routine maintenance and handle any repairs, if needed Inspect the building for any structural damage to windows, doors, walls, and perform necessary repairs Record when any equipment was serviced and repairs were made

Qualifications:

2+ years of maintenance experience Has high school diploma, GED, or equivalent Knowledge of heating and air conditioning units, plumbing systems, and electrical systems Advanced understanding of maintenance equipment, procedures, and techniques Needs to have availability to respond on nights and weekends to on-call maintenance requests About Company Ideal for any length of stay, stayAPT Suites’ unique design philosophy abandons the traditional one-room hotel layout in favor of a residential-feeling suite with intentional spaces.
