Must have experience in hardscape and/or masonry trades. Skill set should include retaining walls, patios, fireplaces, brick, block, and stonework, etc. Must have experience with landscape installation to include but not limited to: Sod, Mulch, and Planting. Must demonstrate competence and efficiency on the job. We’re looking for someone who is able to work alone or with a team. This position requires managing a crew of landscapers as well as working alongside them. Must be able to follow a daily schedule and side work schedule as well as follow directions. Attention to detail is also important to succeed in this position. Punctuality is taken seriously here as well as attendance. If we offer you the position, you will start off as a helper for a few months until your review which will determine when you are ready to become a crew leader.

• We will begin hiring in January but would like to have the right person ready to start before then. There is a high chance we will begin hiring sooner but this will be determined at the time of the interview

This is a full time position. Compensation is based on experience.

• Minimum 2 yrs experience in hardscape or masonry trade
• Professional attitude and appearance
• Driver’s License is a requirement
