Your work will include:

Troubleshooting & diagnosing mechanical issues Installing and replacing components Taking precise measurements on-site Providing excellent, professional customer service Documenting work completed (photos, digital notes, parts used) Giving on-site estimates & collecting payments Identifying follow-up needs and communicating with the office team Helping train and lead field service helpers Keeping your company vehicle clean, organized, and well-stocked Maintaining jobsite cleanliness and performing preventative vehicle maintenance

Travel Note :

You’ll mainly work in the Charleston area, but expect moderate travel throughout SC, NC, and coastal GA — with 2-4 overnight stays per month. Who We’re Looking For We’re interested in team members who are mechanically inclined , enjoy hands-on work , and thrive in outdoor environments . Preferred Experience (not required but a big plus) : Construction, electrical, roofing, garage door, or landscaping work Familiarity with hand and power tools Experience with Service Titan FSM/CRM (optional)

Must-Have Qualifications:
