Hourly/ Full-time $18- $23 based on previous experience & skills

Summary of Position:

This position assists our internal departments’ staff with all service calls, as well as manages the overall upkeep of our commercial facilities. Routinely inspects all properties to identify any potential opportunities and current needs. And performs preventive maintenance as scheduled, including but not limited to, replacing bulbs and air filters.

Qualifications:

Must have flexible availability, as schedule may vary between daytime and evening shifts, including holidays and weekends. Minimum 18 years of age due to type of equipment used and general work environment. Minimum of Two or more years of maintenance experience highly preferred. Must possess a valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Essential Physical Requirements:

Must be in good physical condition and have the ability to move / lift various objects throughout shift. Must be comfortable climbing and working on ladders ranging from 6′ to 20′ heights. Must be able to stand for a majority of the shift while reaching, bending and stooping frequently. Must be able to lift and carry up to 40 pounds across short-medium distance. Must be able to work on site due to daily needs of the job requirements. Must be able to work in all-weather elements and heights.
