The ideal candidate will possess a diverse range of maintenance and repair skills, enabling them to tackle various tasks efficiently. This role is essential for ensuring that properties are well-maintained and functional, contributing to the overall satisfaction of our clients. Duties Perform general maintenance and repair tasks including plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and painting. Conduct routine inspections of properties to identify issues and address them promptly. Respond to service requests from clients in a timely manner. Ensure all tools and equipment are maintained in good working condition. Collaborate with other team members to complete larger projects as needed. Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their needs and concerns. Skills Proficiency in basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting skills. Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail. Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members. Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks efficiently. Familiarity with safety protocols and best practices in maintenance work. A valid driver’s license is preferred for transportation between job sites.
